Domaine de Montille is one of the most respected names in the Côte de Beaune. For decades, it has embodied a philosophy of winemaking that is both precise and restrained, built around elegance, freshness and the truthful expression of its terroirs. Since the 1990s, Étienne de Montille has led the estate, alongside his sister Alix, an oenologist specializing in white wines. Together, they have modernized the domaine without betraying its family heritage.
