The village of Calce, set between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Pyrenees, offers a remarkable geological mosaic of limestone, marl, schist and clay. The parcels, planted between 150 and 300 metres above sea level, are surrounded by forests, garrigue and orchards. This preserved environment contributes to the natural balance of the vineyard, allowing the grapes to reach full maturity while retaining brightness, clarity and length.
