Founded in 1948 in Chamoson, Simon Maye & Fils is one of the most emblematic family estates in Valais. Renowned for its world-class Syrah, the domaine has become a benchmark of Swiss viticulture. It also produces exceptional white wines, notably from indigenous grape varieties such as Petite Arvine and Humagne Blanche.
The estate follows a meticulous and respectful approach to viticulture, working manually on steep granite slopes. In the cellar, vinification is carefully handled with minimal intervention to highlight the unique identity of Chamoson’s granitic terroir.
