Terroir
Located on an east-facing slope, Le Meix Cadot lies on clay-limestone soils particularly rich in active limestone — a hallmark of the finest Premier Cru sites in Rully. This parcel, planted with vines of classic age (not old vines), produces a Chardonnay of precision and finesse, where ripeness and tension coexist naturally. The terroir imparts a straight, chalk-driven minerality that is emblematic of the domaine’s style.
Tasting Notes
The 2022 vintage reveals bright aromas of white fruits — pear, fresh peach — lifted by white flowers and a hint of gentle spice. The palate is ample, harmonious and supported by a beautifully integrated freshness.
