Crafted from the prestigious "Les Bruyères" parcel in Montigny-les-Arsures, this Chardonnay 2018 showcases the mastery of Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot. Grown biodynamically on grey marl soils, it is vinified in an ouillé style (topped-up barrels), delivering purity, tension, and remarkable depth.

The nose is rich and expressive, with aromas of ripe white fruit, dried flowers, warm stones, and a delicate hint of oak. On the palate, it strikes a brilliant balance—broad and generous, yet taut and saline, with a finely etched mineral backbone that drives the long, lingering finish.
