"There are four different vin jaunes produced in exactly the same way, to show that the place is still showing through the character of the winemaking, and that vin jaune is also a terroir wine. The first one was the 2008 Arbois Vin Jaune En Spois, which is pure Savagnin from east exposition and young vines; it is an easy young vin jaune for drinking early, and is relatively light."
