Les Bruyères is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from a south-facing slope of blue marl and clay, farmed biodynamically. The wine is aged for 24 months on lees in oak barrels (without stirring or filtration), resulting in a pure, terroir-driven Jura white.
Appearance: Pale golden yellow, bright and clear
Nose: Refined and expressive – white fruit (pear, quince), citrus peel, hazelnut, dry flowers, and a touch of wet stone
Palate: Textured and precise, combining creamy generosity with sharp mineral tension
Finish: Long and saline, with elegant bitterness and discreet oak
