Grown on Tua Rita’s mineral-rich soils in Suvereto, near the Tuscan coast, Redigaffi 2019 originates from low-yield Merlot vines rooted in a distinctive mix of clay, silt and iron-rich gravel. This combination shapes a wine of remarkable depth and concentration, marked by its signature graphite-mineral edge that reflects the character of the estate’s unique terroir.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Opulent yet impeccably polished, the 2019 reveals layers of black cherry, blueberry liqueur and ripe plum, intertwined with cocoa, violets, sweet baking spices and a touch of refined balsamic purity.

Palate & Finish:
Dense, velvety and expansive on the palate, with seamless tannins and a texture of striking richness. The finish is exceptionally long, refined and harmonious, carrying notes of dark fruit, spice and mineral depth long after the sip.
