The 2020 “Selvenen” Pinot Noir comes from Malans, in the heart of Switzerland’s renowned Bündner Herrschaft. Grown biodynamically on gravel and limestone slopes, the wine is crafted with minimal intervention and a focus on precision and site expression. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak (20% new), this Pinot Noir balances elegance, fruit purity and structure. The cool, balanced 2020 vintage gives a wine of remarkable tension and clarity.
Nose: Wild raspberry, morello cherry, orange peel, rose petal, forest floor, light spice.
Palate: Silky, linear and mineral. Fine-grained tannins, juicy core, lifted acidity. Long, refined finish marked by floral and saline notes. Burgundian in style
