Château Mouton Rothschild 2015 — Pauillac
This Château Mouton Rothschild 2015 embodies a sumptuous, deep and refined expression of Pauillac. As one of Bordeaux’s emblematic First Growths, Mouton Rothschild delivers in this warm and harmonious vintage a wine of remarkable nobility, combining vibrant dark fruit, impressive tannic structure and aristocratic elegance.
The 2015 vintage offers a generous and beautifully balanced profile, led by blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, cedar, graphite, blond tobacco, cocoa, liquorice, violet and fine spices. The palate stands out for its breadth, velvety texture, preserved freshness and long mineral finish. It is a solar, structured Mouton, already seductive yet clearly built for graceful evolution.
Terroir: Pauillac, deep gravel soils and the nobility of Cabernet Sauvignon
The terroir of Pauillac is shaped by deep, well-draining gravel rises that provide an ideal setting for Cabernet Sauvignon. At Château Mouton Rothschild, this identity gives rise to powerful, deep and long-lived wines, capable of combining fruit intensity, mineral freshness, noble tannins and remarkable ageing capacity. In 2015, the ripeness of the vintage enhances the wine’s aromatic brilliance without obscuring the Médoc precision of the estate.
