Terroir:
From the sun-drenched slopes of Jenins in the Bündner Herrschaft, this Pinot Noir grows on limestone soils mixed with schist and gravel, typical of the Grisons. The moderate altitude (500–600 m) and cool Alpine breezes allow for slow, even ripening, resulting in great aromatic precision and natural tension.
Tasting notes:
Bright ruby colour with garnet highlights. The nose reveals pure aromas of morello cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, enhanced by floral and smoky undertones. The palate is silky and balanced, marked by fine tannins and refreshing acidity. The long, mineral finish embodies the alpine elegance characteristic of the finest Graubünden Pinot Noirs.
