Les Normins comes from Chardonnay vines planted on deep grey marl soils, a classic Jura terroir known for bringing density and complexity to the wines. These marl-limestone soils encourage a more ample and structured expression of Chardonnay while maintaining natural tension and freshness. The semi-continental climate and organic viticulture allow the 2022 vintage to show balance, ripeness, and clarity of terroir.

Tasting Notes

Appearance & Nose:
Pale gold in color. The nose is open and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pear, almond, and subtle chalky mineral notes.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is broad and structured, offering more generosity than the domaine’s most tension-driven cuvées. A fine balance between roundness and fresh acidity leads into a long, saline finish. A topped-up Chardonnay, precise and gastronomic, expressing the full depth of Jura marl terroirs.
