The nose opens with aromas of baked apple, mild curry, candied citrus zest, fresh walnut and warm stone. The palate is broad, textural and slightly tannic, with vibrant mineral tension and a lingering, saline finish. It echoes traditional oxidative Jura whites while remaining fresh and dynamic.
A rare and soulful wine for experienced palates – pair with aged Comté, parmesan risotto or spicy Asian cuisine.
