Freshness and wild fruit, with great sapidity! Made from a selection of 40 year old Vermentino vines, with low yields (25 hl/ha). The grapes are picked at full maturity, only in the morning, in small crates and pressed immediately. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Remarkable for its pale yellow colour with golden reflections, it opens up delicately on the palate.
This very fat wine presents a progressive evolution and aromatic perception. Indeed, it stands out for its dominant aniseed flavour, then white flowers, ending with a persistent mineral note.
Fresh and aromatic, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish, shellfish or cheese.
