Appearance & Nose
The wine shows a medium to deep ruby hue. On the nose, it opens with vivid red berries — wild raspberry, red cherry, redcurrant — layered with delicate smoky notes, graphite, aromatic Corsican herbs (thyme, marjoram, sage), and spicy undertones such as liquorice and pepper.
Palate & Texture
The attack is lively and fresh, supported by a distinctive granitic minerality. The tannins are refined and well-integrated, giving the wine a lifted structure. Savoury spices and a long, elegant finish with herbal and smoky nuances round out this complex and characterful red.
