Champagne “Le Mont-Aigu” Chouilly Grand Cru 2018 – Suenen
A structured and mineral Blanc de Blancs, expressing the noble chalky power of Chouilly
Terroir
The cuvée Le Mont-Aigu comes from old Chardonnay vines located in Chouilly, classified Grand Cru, on the northern edge of the Côte des Blancs. The vineyards are rooted in deep chalk soils, giving the wine its powerful mineral structure, salinity, and remarkable precision. Organic viticulture and parcel-by-parcel vinification by Suenen allow this terroir to express itself with purity, depth, and elegance.
