Single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs from Les Forcières, on marl and limestone soils in Romery. Certified biodynamic farming. Hand-harvested, vertical basket press, fermented in old barrels without additives. Long aging on fine lees, no filtration, manual disgorgement, extra-brut dosage.
Nose: Elegant aromas of yellow apple, orange zest, white flowers, and damp chalk. Hints of roasted hazelnut on the finish.
Palate: Clean, vibrant entry. Chalky texture, fine integrated bubbles. Linear, vertical mouthfeel with a saline, citrusy, gently honeyed finish.
