Nose / Aromas
Bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white florals (blossom, perhaps lily), hints of ginger and white pepper, and crushed rock minerality. The aromatics are lifted and clear, expressing the stony soil.
Palate / Structure
The palate treads a fine line between richness and precision: silky stone fruits (white peach / nectarine) meet a laser-like citrus acidity. Beneath is a firm mineral cut and saline backbone. Though more accessible than Cotat’s top cuvées, it retains depth and structure, with bones to age gracefully.
Finish
Persistent, saline, stony, with citrus echoes and white pepper in the close. The finish reaffirms the terroir signature: sleek, mineral, and long.
