From the prestigious Les Perrières climat on the Corton hill, this Grand Cru reflects the artisanal precision of La Maison Romane. Winemaker Oronce de Beler focuses on whole-cluster fermentation, gentle macerations, and long aging in used oak barrels to preserve the authenticity of place.
