"Peppery, resin, black cherry, cedar box, tobacco, minty, cardamom, meaty, spicy, licorice root and coffee aromas. Dry, round, supple but somewhat tannic and chewy, a bit rustic and young. Warm with peppery, ash, mineral, black cherry jam, plum, menthol, licorice, orange peel flavours with a hint of Christmas cake. Very good acidity and fruit concentration but has balance. Needs 3-5 years to soften further."
