This Syrah‑based blend from Gallety in southern France shows ripe fruit, spice and elegance. The 2018 vintage produced a structured yet fresh wine. The magnum format enhances aromatic depth, complexity and ageing potential.
Aged 14–18 months in 30–40% new French oak barrels, then bottled in magnum for slower, more complete maturation.
Nose: Blackberry, sweet spices, white pepper, violet, hints of licorice.
Palate: Generous and layered with smooth tannins and underlying freshness. Menthol and spice linger on the long finish. Magnum enhances depth and balance.
