Terroir & Philosophy

Sourced from vineyards in Sarrians, in the Southern Rhône, Château des Tours Réserve is grown on light soils composed of sand and alluvial deposits, which contribute to a more delicate and nuanced expression of fruit. This terroir gives the wine its fluid texture, natural lift and uncommon finesse within the Rhône context.

The estate follows a traditional, low-intervention approach, with gentle extraction to preserve fruit purity, fine tannins and clarity of vintage expression. The blend, led by Grenache with support from Syrah and Cinsault, results in a wine that reflects its southern origins while maintaining precision, restraint and elegance.

The 2015 vintage, warm and generous in the Southern Rhône, is here beautifully balanced. Its natural richness is shaped by a subtle vinification, allowing the wine to retain freshness, fluidity and depth without heaviness.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
