The En Crazy cuvée comes from the Mâcon-Pierreclos appellation, grown on typical limestone and rendzina soils of the Mâconnais. It is produced from a blend of young vines and carefully selected press fractions, resulting in a wine that is both accessible and deeply expressive of its terroir.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay, the wine is vinified with great precision and gently aged to preserve fruit purity while enhancing texture and complexity. The 2017 vintage, balanced and luminous, allows for a harmonious expression combining ripeness, freshness and energy.

Nose:
Rich and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe white and yellow fruits, peach and pear, with subtle exotic and sweet spice notes, supported by a fine mineral backbone.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is ample and textured, offering generous volume balanced by a persistent mineral freshness. The wine is harmonious, long and mouth-watering, with a precise, energetic finish. A characterful Chardonnay, enjoyable now and with excellent ageing potential.
