Appearance: Pale yellow with delicate golden highlights.
Nose: Elegant and refined, opening on aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple), ripe citrus, floral notes and a subtle buttery touch. Mineral and stony nuances add complexity.
Palate: Fresh attack, generous and harmonious texture. Striking balance between richness and mineral tension. Flavours of ripe fruits, citrus zest and a hint of spice. Beautiful depth with a long, saline and crystalline finish.
Finish: Persistent and elegant, with a purity that perfectly reflects the alpine terroir of Graubünden.
