Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Brut 2014 — Limited Edition Gift Set with Two Glasses

The Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Brut 2014 is one of the most recognisable prestige cuvées in Champagne, presented here in a limited gift set with two matching glasses. Its iconic bottle, decorated with Japanese anemones, reflects the Art Nouveau spirit that has shaped the identity of Maison Perrier-Jouët for more than a century.

This 2014 vintage offers a graceful and refined expression of Belle Époque: floral, luminous and delicately textured, with the freshness of Chardonnay, the structure of Pinot Noir and a subtle touch of Pinot Meunier. The presentation set adds an elegant ceremonial dimension, making this bottle particularly suited to a gift, a celebration or a special tasting moment.

Terroir and blend

Belle Époque 2014 is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. Chardonnay brings finesse, floral lift and mineral clarity, while Pinot Noir gives depth, structure and generosity. The small proportion of Meunier adds roundness and aromatic charm.

The cuvée draws on some of Champagne’s most distinguished villages, with Chardonnay notably associated with Cramant and Avize, Pinot Noir from great Montagne de Reims terroirs such as Aÿ and Mailly, and Meunier from Dizy. The result is a champagne of balance and delicacy, shaped by the floral signature of Perrier-Jouët.

Tasting notes

The colour is pale gold and luminous, animated by a fine and persistent mousse. The nose opens with white peach, pear, citrus peel, white flowers and delicate hints of almond, before developing more complex notes of brioche, honey, pastry cream and light toast.

On the palate, the wine is elegant, creamy and finely structured. The 2014 vintage brings a precise line of freshness, while the texture remains soft, polished and harmonious. The finish is long, graceful and subtly mineral, with a refined balance between fruit, floral delicacy and gentle savoury depth.

Aromatic profile

White peach, pear, lemon peel, white flowers, almond, honey, brioche, pastry cream, light toast and a delicate mineral touch.

Expression of the 2014 vintage

The 2014 vintage gives Belle Époque a particularly refined profile, combining freshness, floral precision and measured richness. It is not a heavy or opulent Champagne; rather, it expresses Perrier-Jouët’s signature through elegance, aromatic clarity and a smooth, finely balanced palate. Already enjoyable today, it can continue to evolve gracefully for several more years.
