Vieilles Vignes Blanc 2017 is a flagship cuvée from Domaine Gauby, crafted from ancient vines rooted in the limestone soils of Calce in the eastern Pyrenees. This natural white blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu impresses with its refined aromatics: white flowers, lemon zest, dried herbs and flint. The palate is sharp and vibrant, with marked salinity and a long, elegant finish. A distinctive white wine, capable of standing alongside top-tier Burgundies.
