Birthdays Wide selection of anniversary vintages from 1924 to the present day
It is produced 80% from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 20% from Merlot grapes selected and harvested manually between the third week of September and the second week of October. After a long fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages for at least 18 months in French oak barriques.
The Guado de Gemoli is characterized by a wide chromatic complexity, which fully expresses the characteristics of the Bolgheri territory. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, enriched with noble hints of vanilla and spices such as tobacco, licorice, cedar and cinnamon. On the palate it is elegant and pleasantly complex. This wine is capable of giving a persistent, decisive and sweet finish.
