The climat Chassignol is one of the most renowned lieux-dits of Moulin-à-Vent, often compared to a Grand Cru Burgundian vineyard. The vines are planted on ancient soils of granite, rich in manganese, which confer power, structure, and remarkable mineral depth. Farmed with extremely low yields and great rigor by Jules Desjourneys, this terroir produces wines of intensity, precision, and exceptional longevity, showcasing Gamay in its most noble and profound expression.
