A single-parcel 100% Pinot Noir blanc de noirs from Aÿ Grand Cru, “Croix de Courcelles” 2015 is a refined, gastronomic Champagne expressing the essence of chalk and ripe fruit.
Fermented and aged in Argonne oak barrels, it showcases the Henri Giraud hallmark: oak as texture, not flavor. The warm 2015 vintage offers balance between density, vibrancy and mineral purity.
Nose: Golden apple, candied lemon peel, toasted hazelnut, chalk dust, verbena tea.
Palate:Lively entry followed by layered depth. Silky texture, firm acidity, and a lingering saline finish. Broad and energetic, with aging potential.
