The Campania Remensis cuvée comes from old vines planted on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims, rooted in deep chalky soils that bring tension, verticality, and mineral drive. Produced only in outstanding vintages, this parcel-based Champagne reflects the precise, artisanal philosophy of Bérêche & Fils. The 2019 vintage, sunny yet well balanced, combines ripe fruit with freshness and a clear, expressive sense of place.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Intense and refined aromas of ripe citrus, apple, and pear, layered with notes of white flowers, toasted bread, almond, and a distinctive chalky nuance.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is precise, vibrant, and energetic, driven by a fine, well-integrated mousse. The texture is both generous and taut, structured by a strong mineral backbone. The long, saline finish lingers on citrus, briochée notes, and an elegant chalky signature. A gastronomic Champagne of great character, built for ageing.
