From high-elevation vineyards above Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, the Hameau de Blagny climat produces a uniquely structured and mineral Chardonnay. Domaine de Chérisey crafts this wine with long aging on lees and minimal intervention, letting the terroir speak.
Nose: Lemon peel, ripe pear, linden, chalk, almond, hazelnut butter.
Palate: Precise and energetic attack, followed by a generous yet tension-filled mid-palate. Long, mineral finish. Beautiful texture and balance with saline depth and clarity.
