A tiny site of just 0.6 hectares, bordering Le Montrachet, this is particularly rare and highly sought after, as the quality is often held to be of Grand Cru level.

"A subtle but not invisible application of wood sets off a pretty and layered combination of acacia blossom, spice and Granny Smith apples. The racy and intense flavors possess a bit more volume if perhaps not quite the same degree of minerality or refinement on the more complex, balanced and focused finale. This is quite promising and a wine that should also amply reward extended cellaring."
