From high-altitude vineyards above Blagny, bordering Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, this Chardonnay is drawn from limestone-rich soils. Classified Premier Cru wine, from which it gets its depth and tension. The 2017 vintage produced a linear, structured and energetic expression of the terroir.
Nose: Green apple, lemon confit, crushed chalk, almond, linden flower, oyster shell.
Palate: Sharp and focused on entry, with a firm mid-palate and strong acid line. Saline and long finish, full of citrus, minerals and clarity. Refined and age-worthy.
