Produced under the Château de Puligny-Montrachet label before its integration into Domaine de Montille, this wine reflects the elegance and drive of the Folatières Premier Cru. The vineyard lies mid-slope on limestone-clay soils, yielding a Chardonnay of depth, freshness and precision. Aged in French oak (20% new) for 12–15 months on fine lees.
Nose: Lemon peel, ripe pear, hazelnut, white blossom and light buttery tones.
Palate: Balanced and mineral, with tension and length. Creamy mid-palate followed by a saline, zesty and chalky finish.
