Gubler's 2018 Maienfeld Chardonnay mainly comes from the Stellibofel vineyard, which is located between 580 and 600 meters above sea level. The monopole of two hectares hosts vines that are seven to 10 years old. Vinified in 228- and 350-liter-Burgundy oak barrels for 12 months on full lees and for another six months in stainless steel before bottling
