"The 2017 Maienfeld Pinot Noir Magnus offers a deep, pure, intense and slightly toasty yet fresh and serious bouquet of red fruits with peppery and earthy aromas. Full-bodied, pure, fresh and vivacious on the palate, this is a generous and fleshy but tensioned Pinot that has grip but lacks some generosity and sex appeal at this stage. Somewhat too intellectual perhaps? The finish is a bit drying. . (...)"
