Terroir

The Le Lieu-Dit… cuvée comes from carefully selected parcels within the Gigondas appellation, at the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The vines are rooted in complex soils combining limestone, marl and clay, bringing structure, freshness and depth. The Mediterranean climate, moderated by the Mistral wind, ensures healthy grapes and a pure expression of the dominant Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Tasting Notes

Appearance & Nose:
Deep red colour with garnet highlights. The nose is intense and complex, offering aromas of ripe dark fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), black cherry, layered with spice, garrigue and subtle peppery notes.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is full-bodied and structured, supported by fine, silky tannins. The balance between richness and freshness is excellent. The finish is long, persistent and spicy, highlighting the wine’s depth and ageing potential.
