The Chevalier-Montrachet 2018 from Étienne Sauzet is one of the most prestigious Grand Crus in Burgundy, originating from the exceptional terroir of Puligny-Montrachet. This 100% Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels for 18 to 20 months, developing remarkable complexity and depth.
Its brilliant golden hue reveals an elegant nose, blending candied citrus, white flowers, and a chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between tension and creaminess, with a lingering saline finish.
Ideal with noble shellfish (lobster, langoustine), fish in sauce, or truffle-based dishes, it has an aging potential of 15 to 20 years.
