These mineral-rich soils produce a Chardonnay that is both generous and finely sculpted, combining aromatic depth, mineral drive and the purity that defines the greatest terroirs of Chassagne-Montrachet. At Michel Niellon, this unique site is elevated through traditional, precise winemaking and a perfectly judged élevage.

Long, saline and vertical, marked by chalk and citrus zest, with delicate notes of fresh almond and acacia blossom.
