"The salmon-colored NV Bulle de Rosé Premier Cru Brut offers a serious and concentrated, but discreet bouquet in its fruit and floral flavors. The palate is full-bodied and pure, with a nice expression of Pinot Noir (8% red wine here along with 70% Blanc de Noirs and 22% Chardonnay). It has very nice purity and intensity, with good grip and persistence. This is a serious Rosé to be served with food."
