Crafted by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin, this Grand Cru "Les Preuses" 2016 is a benchmark expression of elegance and minerality in Chablis. Long lees aging without bâtonnage yields depth and saline precision. In magnum format, the wine evolves more slowly, preserving tension, clarity and verticality, while gaining complexity over time.
Nose: Lemon peel, white flowers, oyster shell, crushed flint and grapefruit zest.
Palate: Taut and crystalline, with a fine saline edge and delicate richness. Focused and long, with a layered mineral finish.
