Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Champlots 2021 – Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey

A precise and taut white Burgundy from a classified Premier Cru site in the Côte de Beaune

Terroir & Winemaking

The Les Champlots climat is located in the village of Saint-Aubin, in the Côte de Beaune, close to Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It is classified as a Premier Cru and is rooted in predominantly clay-limestone soils, typical of the appellation.

This wine is produced by Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, based in Chassagne-Montrachet, from Chardonnay. The 2021 vintage, marked by low yields, favours freshness and precision. The wine is matured and bottled at the domaine.
