Only produced in top vintages, the Jean Gautreau Cuvée represents the purest expression of Sociando-Mallet’s Haut-Médoc terroir. The 2016 vintage offers balance, depth and classic Médoc power.
Nose: Blackberry, cassis, cedar wood, graphite, black pepper and fine tobacco with elegant toasted oak.
Palate: Dense yet fresh, with firm but ripe tannins. Deep black fruit, smoky minerality and liquorice notes lead to a long and well-structured finish.
