Les Échezeaux “Du Dessus” is one of the most esteemed climats within the appellation, and the second Grand Cru produced by Domaine Cécile Tremblay.
Deep ruby color with purplish highlights. Clear and brilliant, reflecting refined concentration and density.
Expressive bouquet combining black fruits (blackberry, black cherry), exotic spices, orange peel, peony, and a subtle hint of smoked meat.
Broad and structured on the attack, with fine, well-shaped tannins. The palate is vibrant and tense, showing remarkable purity of fruit. The finish is long and saline, leaving lasting impressions of dark berries, gentle spices, and warm stone minerality.
