The Echézeaux Grand Cru 2016 from Domaine Claire Naudin is an exceptional wine from the prestigious Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Made from Pinot Noir sourced from 40-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils, it undergoes whole-cluster fermentation and is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 60% of which are new. The wine displays a deep ruby color, with an intense nose of ripe red and black fruits, floral notes, and spices. On the palate, it offers an elegant tannic structure, balanced acidity, and a long, aromatic finish. With aging potential until 2040, this wine evolves beautifully over time. It pairs wonderfully with game dishes or aged cheeses. An ideal choice for collectors and connoisseurs of fine Burgundy wines.
