With Corton being the king of the hill, this one catches the eye with the crazy intensity of its purple colour. Rose root and green chili peppers capture the nose and haunt it. This extremely unctuous wine delivers an almost creamy, black cherry smoothness. Its ample flavour lingers on the taste buds before waking them up with a salty finish.
