Appearance & Nose:
Pale yellow color with bright highlights. The nose is clean and expressive, revealing notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple and white flowers, supported by a subtle mineral edge.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is lively and focused, driven by precise acidity and a light yet balanced texture. The wine is dry, refreshing and clearly defined. The finish is clean and salivating, marked by minerality and good persistence.
