Terroir

The Aux Montagnes climat lies within the Côte de Nuits-Villages appellation, in northern Burgundy. The vineyards are planted on classic clay-limestone soils typical of the Côte de Nuits, providing an excellent balance between structure and freshness. The slightly elevated position and cool climate encourage slow, even ripening of the Pinot Noir, resulting in wines that are pure, refined, and highly expressive of their origin.

Tasting Notes

Appearance & Nose:
Bright, luminous ruby color. The nose is delicate and precise, offering aromas of cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant, complemented by floral notes and a subtle spicy touch.

Palate & Finish:
The palate is fine and linear, driven by vibrant freshness and silky tannins. The texture is harmonious and precise. The finish is elegant, lingering and lightly mineral, a true expression of classic Côte de Nuits style.
