Origins & Philosophy

Descended from a long-established Vosne-Romanée family and based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the estate follows a biodynamic approach with low yields and a constant focus on purity. The goal is to express the precision of each terroir while preserving energy and finesse.

Vineyard & Growing Practices

  • Soil cultivation with no herbicides, encouraging biodiversity.
  • Hand harvesting with strict sorting in the vineyard and cellar.
  • Grapes picked at optimal ripeness to retain freshness, tension, and aromatic precision.

Vinification & Aging

  • Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long but gentle macerations (delicate pigeage/infusion).
  • Aging in French oak barrels with moderate new wood, adapted to each cru and vintage.
