Rooted in the greatest terroirs of Gigondas, as well as in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Rasteau, and Cairanne, Santa Duc embraces a rigorously biodynamic approach paired with precise soil work and parcel-by-parcel vinification.
Manual harvesting, gentle macerations and spontaneous fermentations preserve the purity of fruit and energy of place. Wines are aged in large foudres, amphorae or clay jars, with minimal new oak—letting the terroir speak without embellishment.
